Preserved in its original state, with soft lighting so as not to disturb the wine, controlled temperature and humidity, today it is the ageing cellar for our labels.
Our small production is our strength: it allows us to take care of every detail and guarantee the highest quality in each label.
Our production
Our vineyards are located partly at the Borgo and partly on other nearby hillsides. All with a south-south-west exposure.
In our vineyards, each grape is a treasure. We harvest by hand with painstaking care, selecting only the ripest and most fragrant grapes. In the cellar, vinification is done in an artisanal manner, to preserve the identity of each vintage. Each bottle is an authentic portrait of terroir and time, a unique expression of our vines and the climatic peculiarities of each season. By tasting our wines, you will discover the history and soul of our terroir.
Ripe fruit, white flowers and coffee powder. At once delicate and overpowering.
An excellent aperitif, perfect throughout the meal.
Intense and perfumed, pear and grapefruit, savoury and enveloping.
Well with goat’s cheese, fish, risottos, white meats.
Also excellent on its own.
Between cask and steel without fights and mysteries.
Elegant and balanced. Soft on the palate. The bouquet is intense with notes of red fruits and spices.
Try it with mature cheeses and red meats … and why not also alone in front of the fireplace.
Steep is the path that leads the grapes to the winery.
The sun envelops the bunches from dawn to dusk. The wood rounds off the palate and the range of notes ranging from black fruit under spirits to spices and balsamic notes envelops the senses. With cured meats, braised ravioli and roasts it is at its best but goes well with any meat dish and elaborate pastas
From the land to the table. Bouquet ranging from plum to violet and hints of spices. It is only lightly filtered and the deposit at the end of the bottle testifies to its authenticity.
Try it with cured meats and cheeses.
The charm of the elegance of Pinot Nero in the Metodo Classico version. Delicate perlage that caresses. Imposing in its freshness, on the nose it offers hints of white pulp fruit as well as classic notes of bread crust and citrus fruits. In mouth it is dry and decisive.
It fears no pairing.
Soft bubbles that tickle the nose, full in the mouth with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. The magical Pinot Nero in the fresh version of the Martinotti method.
Excellent as an aperitif, on risotto, fish and white meat.
