Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in (h.14:00 on the day of arrival).

A credit card is required for each reservation. In reservations that do not require prepayment, it is used as a guarantee, and no charges are made except in case of non-cancellation.

On weekends, the minimum stay at our facility is two nights.

Check in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., check out is by 10:30 a.m.

On the day of check out, after leaving the room by 10:30 a.m., you can use our facilities until 5 p.m.

Our pool is not heated.

In our rooms only small pets are allowed with prior notice and with no additional cost, however, their presence is inhibited in common areas such as the pool and indoor dining room.

To add value to your vacation we can recommend: (services not included in the price)

• lunch/dinner in a restaurant
• in-room welcome (sparkling wine, fruit basket)
• cake for special events
• flowers in the room

Our facility has a parking lot reserved for room guests that is not guarded but has video surveillance cameras.

Breakfast is served daily from 08:30 to 10:00 am in our Lemon House or on the terrace.

Our farmhouse was built on a 19th-century structure with several architectural barriers that are impossible to overcome. Therefore, unfortunately, all of our rooms are only accessible with a few steps.
