General conditions

The cost of the room includes: welcome drink, breakfast, WI-FI, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettles for tea, herbal teas, courtesy kit and use of the swimming pool from May to September.

Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.00 am

Only small pets are allowed upon notice, their presence is however prohibited in the common areas such as the swimming pool and restaurant.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation up to 20 days before the start date of the stay. Full refund will be made.
  • Cancellation between 20 days and one week before the holiday start date: 70% refund of the stay.

In the last week before the holiday start date:

  • Cancellation the day before arrival, no-show or early departure: the amount of the entire stay will be charged.

By providing the data required for booking, the Farm Borgo Santuletta is authorized to apply the cancellation policies as indicated above.
