Our cuisine is inspired by the gastronomic traditions of the Oltrepò Pavese, emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients, many of which come directly from our vegetable gardens. The menu changes weekly to ensure freshness and seasonality, offering typical dishes revisited with a modern twist.
The kitchen is open daily for lunch and dinner. During the week our a la carte menu is offered while on Saturdays and Sundays we offer a fixed menu, a journey through the authentic flavors of the area.
