This is a large, cozy and romantic 19th-century room designed with absolute respect for the original architectural features, characterised by its ceiling with exposed beams, stone walls and wooden floor.

It is accessed through a private entrance and dehors with a sitting area overlooking the adjacent portico, whose walls tell the story of the laborious work of the land through the display of ancient tools.

The decor with period furniture is combined with a careful and original search for detail.

In one corner towers an antique copper bathtub, now disused, but skilful in drawing guests into a magical atmosphere.

At the foot of the large bed with its wrought-iron headboard are old stacked suitcases, on the bedside tables and on the chest of drawers are old lamps, strictly different from each other.

Note on rates

To ensure a relaxing and peaceful experience, our Borgo is designed for adults.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

CHECK IN

From 03:00 p.m to 07:30 p.m. If you have different requirements, please contact reception for availability and any additional costs.

CHECK OUT

By 10:30 a.m. You can leave your luggage at reception and use our services until 05:00 p.m.

Quiet hours from 11:30 p.m.

Only small pets are allowed with prior notification and with no additional cost. Their presence is however forbidden in common areas such as the swimming pool and indoor dining room.

During weekends the minimum stay at our Borgo is two nights.

Low season from 4 April to 9 May and from 22 September to 1 November 2025

High season from 10 May to 21 September 2025

EXTRA

In some of our rooms it is possible to have an extra bed at the price of € 20.00 per night.

All rooms are non-smoking.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

To confirm your stay it is necessary to indicate the details of a credit card as guarantee (type, number, expiry date).

It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date by sending an e-mail to info@borgosantuletta.com; otherwise, payment of the total amount of the stay will be required.
